Absolutely love, love, love A Taste Of Olive! I love this store in the quaint town of West Chester so much, I would love to work there, if I didn't live 30 miles away! There is an unbelievable selection of olive oils and balsamic vinegar. The negative is attempting to make a decision on which ones to buy. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will even suggest which oils and vinegars compliment which foods. There is always a recipe suggestion on the blackboard behind the counter as well. My personal favorite is the house olive oil which has a peppery taste and is perfect for dipping with a French baguette. You can taste test all of the oils and vinegar's. They also have a nice selection of specialty foods including gourmet sea salts. A great place to buy gifts. Whenever I give Olive Oil or Balsamic vinegar as a gift, especially a hostess gift, it is always a big hit! So when in West Chester, I suggest Lunch/Dinner at the always delicious, never to disappoint, Limoncello and shopping at the much loved A Taste Of Olive!!

One of the ONLY shops in the U.S. that you will find olive oil and vinegar on tap. If you like either one of those things, you must check it out. West Chester is a delightful town close to Philly so it's a perfect day trip. I highly recommend the garlic infused olive oil and pomegranate balsamic vinegar. Both are to-die-for... knuff said. Don't just take my word for it; the other reviews pretty much sum it up.

I love, love, love this place. Shopping here makes me feel like an old housewife, but honestly... if you cook at all, or if you know someone that does, I think you'll love this place. Don't get weirded out by the mini-kegs of olive oil and stuff everywhere. The staff will probably peer pressure you into drinking some (I know it sounds bizarre, but bear with me here), but you'll probably find it oddly satisfying and continue bashfully sampling things when they aren't looking. Ahh, the joys of "browsing." If you cook regularly you will absolutely swoon over how awesome their olive oils and vinaigrettes are. I regularly make bangin' salad dressings with the stuff. And if you don't cook, then your mom will love you when you buy this stuff for her for Christmas. also, kudos to the staff for being one of the few places that is always 100% nice to me even though I'm just a lowly college student. They're great ladies. CONCLUSION: buy deliciously awesome olive oils at the low, low price of feeling like a mom quality: awesome... really awesome price: okay it's a little pricey, but the stuff will last you a long, long time. If it was a smidgen less expensive it would get five stars. Honest.

5 Stars all the way!!!!! Its really worth the visit and the purchase if your into a variety of Balsamic Vinegars. this place has it all! did i mention there on tap? Friendly Staff, and every kind of Vinegar and Olive oil you could imagine!!! Really an awesome experience!!

This nicely appointed little local shop specializes in olive oils and balsamic vinegars, along with an interesting array of other specialty food items- honey, flavored pasta, spreads, dressings, spices, etc. The quality of the oil & vinegars is night & day when compared with that of cheap store-bought bottles; the quality helps ease the pain of the price tag. Definitely go in and sample from the vats of oil & vinegar with the help of the friendly staff...you'll see what I mean. Make sure you try the pomegranate flavored balsamic- to die for!! They also recycle old bottles that you bring back and they have a "frequent buyer" card. My first stop now for hostess gifts/treats for friends, and of course for my own personal supply!

Once again, I made the annual trip to olive oil mecca! My first exposure was 4 years ago at the Kennett Square Mushroom Festival in Sept. The TOO is amazing. This years new offering is a mango balsamic that will be delish. The staff was friendly and helpful! I became a member of their Bottle Club and even redeemed my point for a free bottle! Picked up some of the Rossi pastas that they offer also...

This shop has the most amazing selection of flavored olive oils and vinegars. I have been there many times and have always loved my purchases. My favorites have been the blood orange oil and the vanilla balsamic vinegar, yes vanilla! They also have various salts and tapenades! I can't get enough of this store!

I love options. Therefore, I love this place. It's such a cute little shop with so many options of olive oils and balsamic vinegars and assorted foodstuffs and cooking related accouterments. After sampling about 400 olive oils and vinegars, we opted to purchase a very basic aged balsamic, and the most popular of the olive oils, but it was a fun adventure to sample them all with my boyfriend and come to an agreement. I also appreciated some of their more far-out flavors like habenero oil and mixed berry balsamic. So much potential!
